What You Need Before Installing

Documented private off-street parking, a driveway, garage, or allocated space

Safe Electric registration on the installing electrician, required for SEAI grant eligibility
Why It Has to Be Safe Electric Registered
The SEAI home charger grant requires the installation to be carried out by a Safe Electric registered electrician. Beyond the grant, it also means the installation is wired to current regulations, properly earthed, and won't cause problems with your insurance later.
